Using U.S. electric utilities, we document financial hedging overhang:

firms using derivatives subsequently reduce inventory and capacity investments.

Consistent with our mechanism, this substitution weakens when financing

constraints tighten or when financial hedging more effectively reduces

debt overhang.

曾任伊拉斯姆斯大学鹿特丹管理学院金融学副教授（终身教职）及斯德哥尔摩经济学院金融学助理教授。研究领域包括公司金融、公司投资、金融市场与实体经济传导机制、私营企业及并购重组，其论文发表在Review of Financial Studies、Review of Finance 等国际顶级学术刊物，并荣获2024年Review of Finance 期刊最佳投资类论文奖IQAM Prize、2025年Review of Finance 期刊最佳非投资论文奖Pagano-Zechner Prize等多个奖项。
