Non-Hermitian Structures in Black Hole Quasinormal Spectra
本次讲座将探讨黑洞准正规模谱中的非厄米结构及其对黑洞谱学的意义,基于爱因斯坦-麦克斯韦-标量理论中的带毛黑洞模型展开分析。
报告介绍
This talk discusses non-Hermitian structures in black-hole quasinormal-mode
spectra and their implications for black hole spectroscopy. Using hairy
black holes in Einstein-Maxwell-scalar theory as a physical setting, we
show that spectrally stable and unstable QNM families can coexist, while
early-time ringdowns are mainly governed by the more spectrally stable
modes. We then identify an exceptional point at which two QNM branches
coalesce, and show that the corresponding waveform is more naturally described
by an EP ansatz containing a resonant term linear in time. These results
clarify how non-Hermitian spectral phenomena appear in both frequency-domain
spectra and time-domain ringdown modeling.
