Dr. Ming-Wei Chang, School of Engineering at Ulster University. Prior
to this appointment, he was an Associate Professor at Zhejiang University,
where he served on the Academic Committee and was a member of the Zhejiang
Province Overseas High-Level Talents Program in China.
