It will also highlight how Dominica has sought to become known as a tourist destination, specializing in a unique brand of tourist offerings geared toward sustainable living and limited pollution and destruction of the environment. The lecture will also capture the economic peculiarities faced by the country and how it has tried to manage challenging economic times. The major focus of the lecture will then be how the lone public tertiary education institution in Dominica, the Dominica State College, has been structured to serve a population living in the unique setting which is Dominica. The diversity of the programmes offered at the Dominica State College will be expounded on and its ideal offerings to those willing to explore and learn in a multicultural setting explained. 主办单位：外国语学院
